    The challengesStudents are one of the most challenging parts working on this institution. Some would treat you nice, and some would not.

    Challenging experience because I started its R&D Unit in 1993, and then I retired working as Chairman of the Committee for its conversion into a state university.
    The good thingsAfter passing the regional and national interview and examination given by PASUC and representatives from CHED, I was given full professor status at in 2009.
    The challengesResearch for publication, writing modules for instruction, and making technological processes and innovations for patent, plus graduate study abroad
