    At first, it is good but when you are there for a long time its like a trap. There's no growth.

    The challengesThey have a pledge / core values about all the characteristics as an individual or as one company but they not using it inside the company. And the management is one sided.

    Good starting experience
    The good thingsMany things learned and experienced, was able to try field work and office work simultaneously. Work environment was good and the people were quite approachable which made work easier.
    The challengesWork was quite stressful, especially for a first timer joining the work force. Adapting and adjusting were difficult, but was able to pull through.

    The good thingsLoads of work but in a good way. You'll be able to learn a lot of things regarding food safety, HACCP, CCPs, OPRPs, Audit, HALAL, Processes etc.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working at marigold because i admire how they manage and run the company and how they implement company rules, all employees are treated equally on rules regardless your position everybody should follow, every first friday they conducting a mass on the factory plant and everybody are required to attend, when it comes to salary they give overtime,products are sure safe and cleen

    One of the few companies which could enhance your full potential
    The good thingsOne of the best things working for Marigold is that there is a sense of belongingness in the workplace. Even if you are a newbie, everyone is very acommodating, even the managers. This is also a good workplace to develop you skills, both technical and interpersonal because being a food manufacturing company, you really are challenged to be innovative and efficient.
    The challengesPerhaps a more structured organization could be done, particularly in the Technical Services Department since we are the one tasked to ensure that we produce safe and quality foods for our customers. Also, a more structured compensation package and program would be nice since most emloyees left the company due to better salary and benefit packages from other companies.
