The challengesIf you value fairness, growth, and a healthy work environment, I wouldn’t recommend working here. The management is unfair and full of ego, and the culture is very toxic. Senior employees act entitled.
There’s no proper training, you have to figure things out by yourself while handling a ridiculous amount of workload. There’s no real work-life balance and you’ll often feel exhausted and unappreciated. They also like to make things very black and white, so even small mistakes can cost you your job. Contract terminations are frequent, and employees are treated as disposable.
Career growth is almost nonexistent. Promotions move slowly. It’s frustrating to see good people leave one by one, but honestly, it’s hard to blame them. The high turnover rate speaks for itself.
