Do Yourself a Favor and Don’t Work Here
The good thingsSome of the people I worked with were genuinely kind and supportive. Despite the toxic environment, a few teammates made the job more bearable.
The challengesIf you value fairness, growth, and a healthy work environment, I wouldn’t recommend working here. The management is unfair and full of ego, and the culture is very toxic. Senior employees act entitled. There’s no proper training, you have to figure things out by yourself while handling a ridiculous amount of workload. There’s no real work-life balance and you’ll often feel exhausted and unappreciated. They also like to make things very black and white, so even small mistakes can cost you your job. Contract terminations are frequent, and employees are treated as disposable. Career growth is almost nonexistent. Promotions move slowly. It’s frustrating to see good people leave one by one, but honestly, it’s hard to blame them. The high turnover rate speaks for itself.

    Overall, it's a good company.
The good thingsCompetitive salary, regular (but long) working hours, office is in Makati CBD
The challengesUpgrade the systems; it's not the 90s anymore. Also, the 48-hour workweek could be improved.

A rewarding place in terms of people and perks, but it could be even better with a stronger focus on employee well-being and balance.
The good thingsI’ve met some of the most incredible people here—supportive, hardworking, and genuinely collaborative. The company also offers excellent benefits that truly support employees.
The challengesThere’s a noticeable lack of work-life balance. The demands of the role often leave little time for rest or personal activities.

My work in Marie France also gave me a lot of learning opportunities in collaboration, customer service, and communicating with employees from different levels.
The good thingsThe workplace culture is friendly and engaging. They have lots of employee events, gave a competitive package even for fresh graduates like me and fresh grad friendly.
The challengesI have to admit that there are a lot of heavy workload, but still manageable.

    Great Company for Industrial Engineers
The good thingsI'm thankful I got hired in Marie France. I have learned a lot from my Seniors and Superiors. The Management here is very supportive, they are open to new suggestions and things that can make our work easier. What stood out the most was when they trust me to handle a process improvement project. The decisions are made quickly by the management to ensure that things move efficiently. The company strongly values inclusivity, equality, and growth. Regardless of your background, you are welcome to the team, and they are more than willing to train you and get you ready for your next position. Plus, even if you're a fresh graduate, you will be given a competitive salary compared to other companies I applied to.
The challengesThe only downside is the alternate Saturday work schedule during probationary period. Overall, I am really happy with how the company takes care of me.

    Great Company to work for
The good thingsI find the company unique and rewarding in all aspects. From the start of my application until I transition to the center, my experience was ok. The interviewers/HR are easy to talk to and they make sure that my application is smooth and I feel comfortable during the process. Great company culture, where we can participate in different events. Noticeable perks is that we have no field work compared to my previous jobs plus a competitive salary and benefits.
The challengesThere are always challenges in every company but I see this as an opportunity to grow. Pressure to exceed my targets which is part of the job.

    Fun and Engaging Company!
The good thingsThe Company promotes communication between management and employees. Transparency is promoted by our regular employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, Kamustahan sessions, and active announcements for company updates and events. The company also recognizes and honors accomplishments of all sizes. Performance bonuses and monthly rewards like our Star Attendance Award, which recognizes employees with the best attendance records, serve to inspire employees. Through diversity initiatives, shared values, year-end corporate events, and team-building/summer activities, gives us a sense of belonging.
The challengesWe have a lot of employee engagement that is conducted inside the office we hope we can have more activities outside.
