    I've been a head cook of Kaizen for more than 2 years.
    The good thingsWhen I'm in the kitchen, I feel like I am cooking for my family. I want to serve the best food for my customers.
    The challengesI work with my subordinates with different attitudes and style, but I respect them as a human. At the end of the day we are still in one team.
