    A roller coaster of a few highs and a lot of lows.
    The good thingsSalary is good if you’re hired from outside, but annual increase and bonuses are limited.

    Worst work experience by far, i do not recommend this company at all.

    Terrible. I was always anxious every workday.
    The good thingsEmployee discount. That is it.
    The challengesPoor system, micromanaging of International of foreign head office. Ever changing direction of upper management. No worklife balance. Meetings that would start at 8pm and would end around 10pm, then you have to go to work the next day at 8am.

    Next to earth, the planet closest to my heart
    The good thingsStress-free. Good working environment. Had a real blast working here, then. Everyone knew each other which makes working easier. You get commendations for good work plus the perks are great. I don't even remember anything negative during my stint here. I never complained working long hours because I was just enjoying it so much.
    The challengesThere wasn't many challenges because I've worked with a very efficient team then. But having to have grown in this industry, I think there are things that I could contribute now that make things better and more competitive for the company in terms of branding and market equity.
