    The challengespoor management, managers don't have a sense of responsibility (always blaming their people when there's a problem without offering any solutions), working on sundays WITHOUT any pay/overtime (during events), crazy workload often multitasking even if it is not on your pay level

    The good thingsThe accompany and support of my team/ department. They will guide you in our work specially our former Accounting Manager before she resigned at Mansfield. She will defend and help our team if there are unnecessary situations. Help boost the confidence of the team even she has rust work to accomplish.
    The challengesWorking under the power of the HRAD. The other departments, they always do shouting inside the office, because of that you will get stress. But that stress will be the challenge for you to do your best to finish your work in time, correct and complete. The challenge on my part is that they always rush you, but i enjoy working under pressure.
