I do complex 3D models(CAD) and create programs (CAM) to run the CNC Machines.
The good thingsThe job is exciting and it offers a lot of learning experience as I work on various projects.
The challengesOne of the challenges I've encountered is having to adjust my normal working routine to deal with tough-to-work-with co-workers.

The good thingsGreat people to get along with. Manageable stress. Less supervision.
The challengesHR people do not care as much as they have to with people. You have alot of bosses to report with. Benefits are only for those who wants to stay longer. Why? 1 year after your regulation is the only time you could avail VL, SL. 3 Years after you can have your Medicard only for your self. Back pay are only for those who stayed 10 years up. You can also have work during Sundays.

    learning area for the newbies
The good thingsthe boss shows importance to detail, making us learn that we should do our best even with the small things, so when in comes to bigger projects, chances of failure will be low
The challengessince it is a family business, there are a lot of bosses that do not always see eye to eye, making it hard to execute projects without having to displease someone.

Good place to enhance your experience but not the best place to stay.
The good thingsManagement is very hands-on with their employees, you can learn a lot from them. This is a very good starting point for newly graduates from college. They will bring out the best in you in your field of expertise.
The challengesNo medical benefits (health card) until you reach your 5th year of service in the company. Salary is very low. No paid vacation leave and sick leave until you reach your 1 year as a regular employee. Some of the bosses got a very bad attitude towards their employees, they keep on shouting if the employees did something wrong, they even throw your paper works and even their own cellphone if they are really angry.

The good thingsIt's a great experience working with manly plastics inc. I've learned a lot of things and gained a lot of good memories here.
The challengesThe difficulty i've encountered with the company was to design a disbursement format of all branches according to the request of the head which the programmer said it would be very hard for them to work on and can not do it asap since they have many projects in line with them. And my head needed it to be done asap.

The good thingsThe plant is spacious and lots of areas for recreation. There's a canteen inside the plant and the food is affordable.
The challengesThe roads towards the plant are always flooded. Low Salary and minimum benefits.
