    The good thingsYou will grow if you work for it and work with the company and its employees. The institution provides opportunity to grow as long as you have the capacity and willingness to grow and develop.
    The challengesMake employees growth the focus of the improvement since the employees as the real measure of success. If they are successful the institution will follow.

    The challengesEveryday is a challenge how to prepare my lesson and how to execute the lessons to my students. Every day it could he a challenging day there always unexpected challenges, it will be diffirent from time to time but surely it was a great experience

    Great work environment but doesn't have that much of an opportunity for young professionals to grow on the scientific field.
    The good thingsEverybody in the workplace is treated as family. The institution has plenty of potential to grow and become great. All of the staff is approachable and very accommodating. Employees' lounge almost every Friday.
    The challengesThey lack the opportunities for science majors to grow. Salary is quite on the low end.

    5 YEARS OF EFFORT GONE TO WASTE
    The good thingsFrom the previous administration, all is well and good enough. We were all dancing to the same music. Every body shares the same vision for the company, believed in its aspirations, worked hard and cooperated to attain the institutional goals. However when management changed every thing went to waste. What a pity!
    The challengesThey could have retained the old policy and practices which were found to be working and effective. They should have kept quality workers instead of letting them go or forcing them to resign. A good administration knows how evaluate things objectively and professionally, and should not be self-serving.
