It's has been great to work with this company and i have learned a lot from the experience.The good thingsThe company has offered me a lot of training and seminars which I can use as my tools when applying for another job. It also provided me numerous benefits and compensation. But such package, however, did not entitle me to find another extra job to support my other financial expenses because my work requires me to be present always even if i am undergoing personal crisis.
The challengesThey could give their employees high ratings for higher salary increase based on their individual capacity and not based on Branched required sales quota.
