    The internship program is great!
    The good thingsOur department let their intern immerse with different role. For me, they assigned me to do office administration, then operations and finally events manangement. I am glad that they trained me to be well rounded, efficient and effective which I can use in the near future.
    The challengesI don’t have any challenges working with MPC. The staff are very supportive and generous in giving advices on how to do things.

    The good thingsYou will be a good communicator to a customer to give them satisfaction, some of the customer will be satisfy to your work but eventually, there's a saying that \"you cannot please everybody\" there are sometimes a customer who put a curse to you if you cant give them satisfaction or you made a mistake. But that's a part of work.
    The challengesWhen you loss your chits and you have to pay for the missing chit worth 25 thousand pesos and all you can say is \"SAYANG\" because that's a lot of money to earn. It's really hard to work. But you have to pay because that's my responsibility. I don't want to ruin my name just because of money.
