The good thingsI enjoyed working with a diverse community that treats each other like family. The employees are very professional and respectful towards one another. You will feel welcomed and at ease when working with them.
The challengesA lot of challenges may occur especially when you are new but there will be people who will guide you and willing to help you when needed

MHA in general is a great company especially for those fresh talents who are in the process of building up their careers
The good thingsThe company has a lot of potential which may bring a lot of opportunities for both current and future employees. MHA is very driven in developing talents and shows empowerment to employees by treating them like family members
The challengesTransitions could be a little challenging but if you're into challenges, MHA is a very good platform in terms of experience

The good thingsgood working relationship with Co-employees
The challengesVery very stressful environment. No work life balance. Management does not recognize an employee's over-all effort and has trust issues. Work flow processes are not followed because management keeps on changing their minds. No report format can be established because of this. Unfair evaluation of an employee's performance even though you are working outside of the company's working hours
