    In my brief tenure at the company, collaborating with the exceptional individuals on my team was an honor. Despite facing challenges, their unwavering support made my stay enjoyable. The camaraderie, particularly from my manager, was remarkable. Working with the extraordinary Software Team was enriching, and though I couldn't complete the project due to practical realities, I am proud to have been part of such a talented and dedicated team.
    The good thingsThis company provides valuable opportunities for individuals, welcoming them aboard even if they may not possess the exact experience required for the role. Their inclusive approach to hiring fosters growth and encourages diverse talents to thrive within the organization.
    The challengesWhile the company does offer opportunities for individuals without prior experience, particularly for those transitioning careers, it's important to note that adapting to the role often involves self-directed learning without comprehensive training. Despite being bestowed the title of an officer, the salary may not align proportionately with the responsibilities. Additionally, overtime pay is contingent on a minimum of three hours of extra work, and the 13th-month pay is regarded more as a privilege for those designated as officers.

    The good thingsThe working environment is good and other staff as well. Through the years I experienced how the management treat their employees and it was from Very good to not so good at all.
    The challengesThe location of the hospital is pretty much accessible, it is literally in the heart of the city but heavy rains will turn it to a literally floating hospital

    The good thingsIt encourages unionism in order to protect the welfare and job stability of its employees. It develops workshop and training of the staff to further improve their skills and equip them with tools to have their best in performing their duties to make their patients satisfied.

    The good thingsThe benefits are more than enough in comparison to other hospital in the Metro. Nurses have the chance to be transferred to special areas specially if they have good work ethics and leadership skills.
