5 to 6 years in the role, former employee
An experience that launched my career.
The good thingsI was trained well and was given opportunities to be a great hotelier even though I am a computer engineering graduate. My superiors were very helpful and the owners are so nice and accommodating. I never knew that working in a hotel would be that enjoyable.
The challengesGiven that I am a Computer Engineering graduate, the tasks given to me on both the titles given to me at the hotel are both new to me. But that was not a problem at all. I was trained well and guided by my superiors and colleagues effectively.

    Company nurse
    Jul 2015
1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    Company nurse in a Hotel
The good thingsThe employees were very polite, knows how to respect each other. Everybody do their jobs and functions very well. Guests are also kind and gives respect to the employees. There were rare issues with the guests and the services, maybe it's just because of misunderstanding, but aside from that everything I experienced there is great.
The challengesWhat I found there a little challenging is that there is only 1 physician assigned regularly and stays only for 3 hours, so the rest of the hours is only the nurse. I have to think fast and decide fast in every situation, it's as if your a nurse and a doctor at the same time.
