    The challengesAlthough this environment is beautiful, you have to face a lot of fake people, POLITICS!, the toxic coworkers. Other employees are ATTENTION SEEKER! Promotion is very rare! No Growth, no salary increase!

    A professional and friendly environment to work on.
    The good thingsThe people in the workplace are great. They are approachable, professional and really friendly. Each division or each station for that matter seemed like a family and the company seem like a happy neighborhood itself.
