    It also had a negative impact on my confidence and added unnecessary stress toward future interviews
    The good thingsI would like to share my experience with this company’s hiring process. During my first interview, the manager did not ask any questions and immediately stated that I was not qualified. This was confusing, as I had already been shortlisted and invited to attend the Zoom interview.
    The challengesA week later, I was invited again for another interview and informed that I was qualified for an open position. However, during this second attempt, I waited for almost 45 minutes in the Zoom meeting, only to be told that the position had already been filled.This experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of time and effort

    The good thingsEvery single person is great, they are very open to teach you good knowledge about the process and all.. They are a great teacher and a coach as well as a good reliable friend.
    The challengesThe management is somewhat like diarranged and many you people are talking the role as heads of a certain area and all. Resistant to change and continuous improvement.

    im rey dañas my previos work experience in pepsi cola is my first work experience of employment. second is in mandaue foam im a sales man.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working as a sales personel in mandaue foam because many of lesson Ive learn like how to sale a product knowing about product so that you can convence a custumer to buy.and like how to handle a custumer complained..also like a how to inventory stocks. And i learn how to asemble wardrob and bed that is the good thing ever experience.

    The good thingsMANDAUE FOAM gave me a regular job,that was the happiest thing that happened in my life because as of now,its hard to find a job,especially like me,I am not a college graduate...great opportunity!thank u God for the blessing :-)
    The challengesAt first, my salary was just 220 pesos per day,sales personnel position under agency for 5 months contract. With my effort and Gods blessing, I was assign as CUSTOMER SERVICE personnel (regular employee) and my salary was minimum after. Even if, I was residing far from my working place, I need to ride 6 jeepney back and forth just to go to work. Its not a hindrance to me.

    One of the many options
    The good thingsThe owners are really good and generous, especially if you get to know them more. They also provide free meals to their employees for lunch and for afternoon snacks. The working schedule is just appropriate for employees like me who doesn't want to work for long hours.
    The challengesSome managers will really push you to your limits. If they don't like you, then you are not given the kind of treatment you deserve as an employee. There is inequality in giving bonuses. The opportunities for career growth is limited.

    The good thingsWorking here makes me feel like I have finally found the place where I should be. I am an Interior Designer and I work as a Display Officer in the company. I admit that my boss had a hard time training me. Giving me more revisions every time I send my report. But now, she makes me feel accomplished because I can hear more praises from her. This company lifted up my spirit. I feel more confident.
    The challengesChanging display every week is challenging. I have to create something new for the customer. It's challenging because I have to create new or different using the same items. I have to learn how to play with every item. It's like, turning a red car into a new red car. It's just this time it is more appealing for the customer.
