    Probably the best agency ever
    The good thingsGood benefits, good salary, everything is excellent. The Management is friendly and supportive, overall, it's probably the best agency ever.
    The challengesStarting off might be challenging because of the job learning curve and the graveyard shift might be hard if you are not used to it but these are just humble beginnings.

    Good but stressful. Night shift.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with the teammates and workmates. Also the managers offshore, I mean in other countries. It's BPO and you can expect it's a night shift.
    The challengesThe challenge I experience is how to balance you personal and work life, How to communicate well especially in english.
