    Workload is too heavy and work culture is not good as many senior staff nurses we're rude.
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot especially with new equipments deployed in the area or devices you won't usually see in many hospitals.
    The challengesThe workload is too much to bear for a typical nurse. It will take more than 12 hours to finish everything and worst the staffs or most of them are not supportive. There's just too many unprofessional senior staff nurses that made the job a lot harder than it should be.

    The good thingsThe college has a very well reputation as one of the best nursing school in the Philippines being one of the top nursing school based on the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) with High Nursing Board Exam Passing Rate as well as produced topnotchers already. The Dean and the Faculty are also well experienced.] The alumnus and alumna are also working now in the world's best companies.
    The challengesDecrease on the nursing students enrollees as well as the brain drain of the faculty to another countries with best offers than in the company.
