    The good thingsMy coworkers are nice, the life-work balance and in house trainings especially on phlebotomy.
    The challengesWe are confined in one area only. We are only allowed to be phlebotomists or swabber unless you're already a senior then you can send a letter of intent to some specialized areas that handles machines.

    Great Benefits, Poor Management
    The good thingsGreat benefits, Maternity Leave is Paid, Guaranteed Work-Life Balance (at least in my department) since work is only M-F 8-5 PM. Free Medical Benefits including medicine although can only be strictly availed in Makati Med only which makes it challenging for those who live far from the hospital.
    The challengesManagement. Reactive than proactive. Only resorts to what they have instead of looking for ways to improve. The corporate group is still traditional and shuns technology and modernization. Less opportunities for training, mentorship and growth. Politics.
