    No work-life balance.
The good thingsGood working environment and people.
The challengesSalary. Just salary. No yearly increase, no increase when you became regular. No bonuses like Christmas bonus or anything, just 13th month pay.

Good company culture, fruitful learning experience
The good thingsEstablished good working culture such as coordination, \"malasakit\" and respect. Management is often easy to approach, even the big bosses. HR department tries their best to give regular trainings and seminars. Learned a lot from them, from the bosses to the workers. Fresh grads can gain sufficient experience from this company.
The challengesSalary. Shifting schedule (due to 24hrs operation). 12hrs per shift. No performance appraisals/ bonuses (Is it just me? No idea). Too much deductions from 13month pay.

Good company culture and learning experience
The good thingsEstablished good company culture like respect and coordination. The managers were easy to approach, even the big bosses. (I hope it stayed the same until now)
The challengesA bit stressful at times (but gives you knowledge, discipline and experience). When I was still working here, it was 12hour shift per day. I hope they can minimize to at least 9hrs only (includes OT) to avoid fatigue. Don't expect high salary package (well, maybe it depends on the position) . Also, the management may consider improving their facilities and equipment i.e office space, conference room, computers etc.

Great experience and opportunities for newbies
The good thingsFresh graduates are given the chance to showcase their talents and practice the theoretical learning from college to the industrial world. If proven to be capable and competent, the company provides growth and additional leadership opportunities just like what they have given me. The company rewards individuals who perform and can offer new insights and contributions to company's goal.
The challengesIt could have been better if the salaries are increased and the benefits made more appealing to the applicants. That way, the talents will stay longer and be more appreciative of what they do. They will find joy and take pride with what they do and who they work for.
