    The good thingsWorking in a Cruise Ship is so much fan and exciting. Full of joy in every single day while working...although somethings we also have a little problems that usually happens in a group or company but its part. But the whole Team works with it so solved it.
    The challengesAs far as I know, I haven't seen any dislikes from the company. Maybe some co-workers from other nations. But within the company, I haven't seen yet. Maybe the salary, as I have heard from other agencies they gave much higher than ours. It's fine as long as all the benefits are all updated.
