    Great product but needs a proper marketing to customers and improvement in after sales, like returns
    The good thingsLearned the product solution for construction. In depth training is great.
    The challengesHard Sell approach. Pushing sales numbers with no bottom support to back up after sales may be difficult. Lacking customer awareness and understanding to clients. The product is great but it needs to market its value.

    Too much expectations and pressure for a new hire, Office process is slow and complicated
    The good thingsMy supervisors and colleagues are approachable and nice. Time schedule is ok too. Has meal subsidy and company shuttle
    The challengesYou have to mandatory attend the christian worship every week. Too much pressure and expectations even you just joined the company. Hard to communicate with some HR Staffs, mostly they left you on seen no matter how many times you follow up on certain issue.

    So many VVIPs in the admin, doesn't prioritize the needies
    The good thingsMeal subsidy , great working area, clean place.
    The challengesNothing in particular with our dept but too much politics and VVIPs are often favored than majorities. No allowance or hazard pay.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working with this company because the atmosphere is like a family, they even have a worship service. The Managers are easy to approach and the Bosses are generous, they even talk to operations helpers just to greet them and ask how are they. HR personnel were also very kind and people-oriented. Loved working here
    The challengesThey had to relocate to Bulacan and my family is here in Metro Manila so I have no choice but to find other job nearer in my area

    The good thingsThe company take good care of thier employees. They announce ahead of time if there is no work beacause of calamities. Mind you, they suspend working days if its flooded. Very Nice Boss, takes care of people

    MAGNA PRIME IS AN IDEAL COMPANY TO WORK WITH
    The good thingsOverall great place to work and great product to sell. Quotas are challenging but attainable and the bonus/commission structure definitely pays you out for your hard work. All of the managers I have worked with not only had extensive product knowledge but are also more than happy to take time out of their day to help employees with career pathing and getting them to where they want to be. The office/job is very competitive but managers find a way to make the competitions more fun and rewarding. I'd definitely recommend working at MPCTI

    The good thingsNice working place. Good health coverage. The employees here are like family especially HR. The compensation is average but nice because of lots of benefits from the company. The management do know how to take care of their employees.

    The good thingsThey have a lot of training which will help you improve your skills more. They're culture is good and God-centered. No politics issue at all. All jobs are stressful hence we should just adjust for us to fit.
