Don't even bother applying here. The good thingsBla bla bla bla bla.
The challengesI wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent experience with your company's hiring process. While I appreciate the opportunity and your interest in my application, I must express my deep disappointment with how the process was conducted.
Firstly, I felt that the entire application process was rushed and lacked consideration for applicants' time constraints. On Friday, August 8, 2023, I had prior commitments scheduled for 3 p.m. I had diligently completed the assessment test well before 2 p.m. that day to ensure I could attend my commitment on time.
However, my disappointment grew when I received a call informing me that an initial interview needed to be conducted at 2:20 p.m. I had previously communicated my unavailability due to my prior commitment, but it seemed my scheduling constraints were disregarded. Regrettably, I was told there were no alternative time slots available, leaving me with no choice but to proceed with the interview despite my situation.
Conducting the interview while I was in a Grab car proved to be incredibly challenging. The unfamiliar environment was far from conducive, and I found it highly distracting. To make matters worse, the interviewer did not provide the assistance or support I would have expected during such an unconventional interview setup.
Based on this initial experience, I am left with serious reservations about the company's approach to its hiring process. If this is indicative of how the company operates from the very beginning, I must honestly reconsider whether I wish to be a part of it. I value professionalism and respectful consideration of applicants' circumstances in the hiring process, and I did not feel that this was adequately demonstrated.
In light of this experience, I have decided to pursue alternative opportunities I appreciate the chance to engage with your company, but I believe it is best for both parties to explore different paths.
Thank you for considering my feedback, and I hope you will take it into account as you continue to improve your hiring process for future candidates.
