    A company that pushes you to learn more
    The good things- a people company - Optional RTO. (But I think it depends on your team/project, Mine was optional, I go to office once a week just to meet my co-workers and have fun) - competitive salary, and the job is extremely rewarding when you achieve something. - They have a lot of master's classes for you to learn, and they push you to learn more. (programming, automation or soft skills) - A lot of allowances
    The challenges- 60 day notice period. - hard to promote I think? - Management? Varies from project to project, some projects are not that great.

    The good thingsOrganization gives importance to work-life balance of an employee. As such, they offer flexibility on certain aspects which won't compromise productivity and quality of work. There are also events that gives opportunity to know your colleagues and also to take care of one's well being such as sports and team buildings.
    The challengesCareer opportunities are limited to what services the company is providing so some roles could exist for a certain period of time, but this won't hinder employees to gain experience on other areas if they wanted to.

    The challengesThe client I have worked for is not easy. 6 among my initial team mates were replaced by other developers, and from then, our team was put under a large amount of pressure and stress. We are working very hard to keep our clients happy and meet their high expectations. But we end up rendering OT

    Good things have their endings
    The good things- A people company. Amenities and some of the benefits are great. - Has a good working place and everything needed of the employee was catered. - They have a complete equipment from computers to accessories. - They also have complimentary food and drinks available for every employee.
    The challengesThe company have good perks but the management is not good. I was one of the employees that was being terminated due to budget reasons. When I finished the project assigned to me, that's the time that they talked to me. The management wasn't able to predict what will happen in the future upon hiring few employees for the company so the result was terminating employees.
