It's a very friendly and comfortable environment.The good thingsEveryone is very kind and considerate! The office is very clean, though a bit small, but it is also very organized. They never give me jobs that are too hard to accomplish at my current status or those that cannot be assigned to me. Also, they once took me with the Human Resource team when they had a training program with the employees, and it was such a privilege for me to see how they worked in the field!
The challengesAside from the office being cramped, there are also seldom equipment malfunction like the photocopier machine that doesn't work at times and often gets jammed. Plus, since this is a government owned company, it is quite a challenge because they don't provide on-the-job training students with allowances.
