    The good thingsI enjoy the work environment in MACS and the way partners at work treat each other. Pagmamalasakit is prominent and people treat each and everyone as family.
    The challengesThe work hours is shifting since we service to international airlines. We experience challenges during flight cancellations, airport closures, delayed flights, but at the end of the day, we still feel satisfied and fulfilled that we get to service our clients well.

    The good thingsI had fun working here because there's a teamwork here. Even though in a difficult situations, we enjoy each other's company, we always help each other and we strive to do our best to complete our daily tasks assign to us.
    The challengesHaving more clients, more income in the company but getting more tasks while having the same salary. No overtime pay if there's not enough reason. but overall this doesn't bother me because as I said I enjoy working here, but still in the future I would want to learn and grow more to achieve my dreams.
