Good people, poor managementThe good thingsWorking mostly in field with good supervisors and the benefits here are great. You will gain friends while working and your co-workers are easy to get along with. Even the managers from other departments are like your brothers and sisters. Interpersonal skills will develop.
The challengesManagement is always micro-managing, departments cannot decide on their own, and they decide everything on their own without intensive discussion with people involved. You are expected to do other things like cleaning the warehouse, delivery man, and even the logistics. Decisions are made basically on what they hear and feel not on the actual work you have done.
