    I am grateful with Macare Medicals, Inc.
    The good thingsPersonnel in the Sales and Engineering departments are all self-sufficient and customer-focused. They are extremely professional. Personnel in the warehouse and logistics departments are all approachable and friendly. You can rely on them and trust them. Accounting departments, particularly their Team leader and Assistant Team leader, are very approachable and knowledgeable about their responsibilities. They also contribute significantly to the reduction of employee taxes.
    The challengesIn order to raise employee morale, management must occasionally encourage and show appreciation for their employees.

    Great people, Poor Management
    The good thingsAgree to the review below that HR is approachable and kind. Attends concerns promptly and works independently since we only have 1 HR. Very friendly colleagues and I enjoyed working in field. Company provides car plan.
    The challengesManagement is micro managing. Managers want positions and to be entitled. Employees are resigning because of bad managers.

    Good people, poor management
    The good thingsWorking mostly in field with good supervisors and the benefits here are great. You will gain friends while working and your co-workers are easy to get along with. Even the managers from other departments are like your brothers and sisters. Interpersonal skills will develop.
    The challengesManagement is always micro-managing, departments cannot decide on their own, and they decide everything on their own without intensive discussion with people involved. You are expected to do other things like cleaning the warehouse, delivery man, and even the logistics. Decisions are made basically on what they hear and feel not on the actual work you have done.
