    Stressful but worth it
    The good thingsThe relationship between colleagues is exceptional. Though problems may arise, people within the organization know how to take care of each other. The salary is better that most companies and the benefits and compensation are above expected.
    The challengesDespite the good compensation package, the company makes sure that every cent they spent on the employee is worth it. The job may be stressful to some, if you can't handle the pressure. My previous job demands me to work even after hours, on weekends too.

    The good thingsFamily oriented working environment. The company value its integrity and seek the welfare of employees and stakeholder at the same time. The management are fair and reasonable .

    The good thingsThe culture is different and employees are closely-knit. Sort of a family where everyone knows everybody and are always ready to extend a helping hand. Proof to this is we have a low turn over rate and the average age is about 40 years old. Employees tend to retire here. Most probably, me too.
    The challengesThe company is small so there are only a few available positions for career movements. Competitions coming from exporters are a big threat to the survival of the company. Coupled with the ASEAN integration whick lifted all tariffs and allows our neighbors to enter our market freely.
