    The good thingsSince this is a Japanese company they comply with the standard government policy in terms of salary, benefits. But still we have a fast turn-over with resigned employees which is also happening from other company. We have the standard benefits just like Health Card and bonuses
    The challengesEvery company you always encountered person (like your co-worker and even your boss) very difficult to deal with. But Important is how you can deal with them and try to adjust with them
