    Great opportunity for learning but toxic work environment.
    The good things- Offers a good exposure to the Interior Design Field - Great learning opportunity and mentorship from the Design Head - Good company to start building connections
    The challenges- Low compensation and little to no benefits - All the designers have to share with 1 SketchUp license - Company politics, power tripping, and micromanagement is very prominent - Traditional Company culture - High voluntary turnover rate - Understaffed

    BALANCED WORK-LIFE
    The good thingsGenerally, M Concept is a great place to learn and improve your design flair as well as build life-long friendship with your officemates. The company hires young, optimistic and freshly-grad employees and it gives the company a more colourful working environment. The design director also allows the employee to showcase his interior design skills and further develop it thru client and job site exposures.

    Good for starting to trained and develop your potential in design skills and talent. Improve your communication skills.
    The good thingsThe camaraderies to my fellow senior's and employees. We put some extra bonding with every employees to create good chemistry and personal skills especially in our field. We also share our learnings, ideas and inspirational motivation towards to the benefits of every employees. We enjoy our self inside the office.
    The challengesInternal deadlines vs. client deadlines, this two parts of timelines are always creating a crucial conflict on how to manage the project.
