Collaborative and innovative environment to develop my skills in instruction.
The good thingsThe cofaculty were really supportive and friendly. The company gave me many opportunities for improvement in the form of seminars and trainings even if I was just beginning.
The challengesThe salary is unstable for Math instructors. Not much benefits.

It was an opportunity to affect change.
The good thingsWorking with students was one of the best benefits. They allowed me to explore so many facets of my capabilities. I was able to work with three departments tackling general education courses as well professional courses. I was able to be part of the administration for seven years as well which allowed me to further enhance my passion for the performing arts.
The challengesI had too much on my plate. I started to get too exhausted as i was expected to deliver so many things all at the same time. More importantly, the geographic challenge of the school being too far from my family has gotten to stressful for my growth as an individual.

The good thingsThey provided me good experiences and training. My student are very nice, and i like them a lot, even parents, they are nice to be with. When it come to with the whole institution the treatment of many people from different are nice. Problems arises but we can be able to handle it. I really want to stay when it come to my students but circumstances arise, and I should make a decision which is to go
The challengesThe attitude of the colleagues. their back fighting, their spreading of malicious mischief, and by not being equal when it comes to treating their other colleagues. Accusing others of the things that they not really do, and being perfectionist most of the time. But when they are the ones who had done mistakes they see it as if nothings wrong. They even connive with naughty things.
