    Challenging and Stressful
    The good thingsI learned so many things about the freight forwarding industry and how logistics work as a whole.
    The challengesChange of management is highly needed.There is no sense of professionalism among them. No support is given from higher positions and is ready to blame is something comes up. There is no room for improvement as they are not willing to invest in you in any way possible.
