    Many worker are narcissist
    The good thingsI enjoy the work load and task
    The challengesWorkplace is very toxic. They likes gossip instead working. Many workers resigned because of being superiority of others worker that worked there a long time.

    The company does not know how to manage employees' welfare.
    The good thingsLots of challenges. The bank has also good people to work with but the top management is a problem.

    Responsible for carrying out daily treasury activities which includes cash management, funding and reporting and assisting the Treasury Head with a range of tasks.
    The good thingsFriendship, trainings and seminars, cba benefits for the rank and file and experience.
    The challengesBeing one of the Treasury staff is the hardest but challenging role. I learned a lot of things.

    The good thingsI learned a lot from them especially the loan process of a bank. They taught me to enjoy and love your work. Also to do your work not just for salary but you want to and you love to.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working in LDB because of the people I met and encountered, they will treat you as one of their own family. I was able to improved my communication skills as well as on how to interact with people, since service is the main product of the company. I was able to proved that I could do better and improve myself as well.
    The challengesThe new boss that I encountered was the most challenging part of my LDB days, since he wants a drastic change in everything, people was not able to cope with the sudden change and are force to resign to their position.

    The challengesThe bank is in the upswing from more than 5 decades of a conservative stance. For the past 3 years, my joining was a great challenge since I am one of those pioneers from the outside of bank.
