    The good thingsOutput-based. Work-life balance encouraged.
    The challengesPoor top management. Low salary versus industry standards. Brand and product lifecycles not planned properly. The company loves acquiring brands with no proper discontinuation and exit plan. Low retention rate, high retrenchment rate recently versus industry competitors.
