    Good for Experience but...
    The good thingsExperience wise is good. I gained most of my experiences here and I am truly grateful of what I had received. Benefits are great, if you are starting this is a good place to be.
    The challengesThe amount of pay compared to the workload can actually do better. I understand the company is working to get back on its feet, however it is possible that only my department is having this issue.

    Interesting and lot of things to learn in the industry
    The good things1. The employees really assisted and taught me things about the job. The work was relevant to my course. 2. They were very hands on, and lets you do the same job that they do. The employees consider you as one of them, and they were very considerate. 3. They have free shuttle service at a scheduled time. 4. Low cost of food in the diner.

    The good thingsThey have a good working environment. You can easily get along with the employees and expect that they will always reach you out.
    The challengesThey do not offer allowance or food allowance to their trainees and they will allow you to do overtime if you badly needed it.

    The good thingsWith a systematized environment and advanced facilities, Lufthansa Technik Philippines has the ability to become a training ground for students, especially engineering students, seeking to grow and advance in their chosen field. The department where I belonged with did not cease to give assistance and encouragement which created enthusiasm to work up to the end of my internship. With this kind of environment, I was able to do my job well and grow deeper on my chosen path as an Industrial Engineer.
    The challengesMost of the interns doesn't have distinct assignment which made them unproductive and idle for some quite time. The company also do not give financial support for the trainees.

    It is a hands-on experience which will enhance your knowledge and skills.
    The good thingsThe best thing for me is that you will be working on a real aircraft which is very enjoyable. The people are very approaching and the mechanics will assist and teach you most of the things they know about the aircraft. The company itself will also teach you discipline as it is very strict with the rules.
    The challengesIt is a tiring work but you will still enjoy because you are going to learn more than what you have learned in school.

    The good thingsI have been working here as an Intern for 5 months in the NDT and Workshop Department. My experiences developed me as an individual and sparked my interest in aviation. My stay here has been absolutely been a blast and as far as I know, I'd be willing to work here any time of the day. You'll surely love the environment, the people, and of course, the work.
