    Good salary but work environment could be better

    The challengesDespite salary being above average, it is still unfair that newbies get higher while those long term has little to none. Management sucks. TL's don't know how to handle agents and could not even help you better handling passengers. They only help with process and that's not even all of them. Favoritism plays a huge part. HR does not follow the process. They say OT is not voluntary but wait until there are flight cancellations, then they guilt trip you into having OT. Lastly, the uncertainty of shifting schedules from gy to morning affects your health

    If they don’t like you, you’ll be cast out. ,often without clear explanation. Favoritism is common.
    The good thingsMy colleagues that turned into my 2nd Family.
    The challengesThere is a lack of fairness and professionalism in the company. Mistakes can lead to sudden removal without explanation, and disagreements with quality specialists may result in targeted actions to push agents out—with team leaders often supporting it. There's no support for team-building activities at the agent level, and only higher positions receive allowances for outings or perks. Additionally, some quality specialists gossip about agents and mock their shortcomings, creating a toxic and unfair work environment.

    2nd family turned strangersThe company became my 2nd family but my journey ended just because I followed everything I was instructed to do so. If you know how to play the game, you can get more favors from the admin and hr management but if you don't, things can be very challenging from the very basic requests to the important ones.

    Great location for Southies, extreme favoritism culture and worst HR management ever.
    The good thingsWork from home/hybrid set up and good company loc. Annual flight benefits that can be extended to family.
    The challengesAlso the hybrid set up, some people cheat their way to avoid 1-day onsite work arrangement while some are required to report in the office for no reason, it all depends on how favored are you by HR. Office politics is worst and HR team acts like they own the company.

    WORST COMPANY EVER NOT A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT
    The good thingsThe salary is fair enough.
    The challengesThe people. It’s not a healthy environment. Doesnt care about their employees. The management itself is not good compare to other companies that i worked with. The management people is very incompetent and irresponsible. Very toxic environment. The managers are just bosses but not leading the employees in a good ang healthy way.

    With poor business continuity management - only assess the situation on the location of the office not the home location of the employees.
    The good thingsNo overtime, no pressure and not strict.
    The challengesWork life balance, no summer outing and or teambuilding within the team. Performance Evaluation process is quite unreasonable.

    Disappointing
    The good thingseasy access if you are from the south. has concessionaire with affordable food
    The challengesLeadership does not know how to lead. Hiring TL's and Managers with no or little experience managing a global process. focused more on cost savings than process improvement and/or employee benefits. Opportunities depends if you are always agreeing to your lead. Payroll always has issues. Salary increase is so low even if you are a top performer. NO SUMMER OUTING!!!

    The good thingsmy colleagues are all nice and happy to be with. I really enjoyed working with them
    The challengesOne of my biggest challenge working with Lufthansa is to go to work on time while im coming from Tagayay. Another is the involuntary flights and all the cancelled flights due to different circumstances/ reason.
