The challengesOverall, my experience with the hiring process was disappointing. Although I clearly communicated my expected salary during the initial interview, I was still asked to proceed to further interviews, including a panel and an in-person meeting. In the end, I was informed that my salary expectation could not be met something that could have been addressed much earlier. I felt that my time and effort were not fully respected throughout the process.
