    Not worth it.
    The good thingsFast-paced construction. Total hands-on on every ongoing project.
    The challengesNo support from the higher-ups. No guidance. COO power-trips employees. OM is the son of the COO and does the same thing. Salary is way low for a Project Manager. No work-life balance at all. Will bother you at 11pm and on non-working holidays.
