    Always think safety first.
    The good thingsI learn the true value of safety on workplace or site area.. And i am very happy that my fellow worker always listen to me when im telling them some safety tips to prevent the accident or incident on the work area.
    The challengesAll staffs are friendly. PM, PIC, Site Engineers/architect and our Safety Head are all supportive about implementation of safety programs and policies of the company.

    A company that provides opportunity for all
    The good thingsThe management is supportive of the career as well as individual growth of its people. Their approach is compensation-based; Basically, you get what you have worked for. The CEO is very hands-on and he is very patient in training his people.
    The challengesMy educational background is not in any way related to engineering, that is why, I am yet adjusting to the industry. There are stringent qualifications from one client to another which requires keen attention to details.

    The good thingsPay was good.
    The challengesYou are required to do over time and you'll need to ask for permission before you can leave after your 8-hour duty. They'll even ask for a reason why you'll be living early. If you want as many over time pay as you want, then this is a good place to work. Just don't expect to have any life beyond work if you work here.
