Chill place to work but if you're looking for a competent manager, career growth, fair evaluation system, and updated provided equipment, you might want to reconsider.
The good thingsGood culture and working environment Work-life balance SL and VL are convertible to cash HMO upon hire Weekly free lunch Gift certificate incentives Chill people to work with
The challengesUnfair work setup - others are allowed to wfh despite same work KPI evaluation is nuts. System is rigged Incompetent manager No career growth For an IT industry, machines are downright outdaded. Only chosen people have i5 processor (which should be the bare minimum now)
