I successfully supervised the construction of six mid-rise buildings and managed a high-end mass housing project.
The good thingsWorking at Longridge Construction was truly fulfilling, and what made my stay even more enjoyable was the strong bonds I formed with colleagues, who have now become like family to me.
The challengesWhile working at Longridge Construction, one notable challenge was the dynamic with subcontractors, who sometimes exhibited a sense of power that seemed to rival that of the owners, creating occasional friction and coordination difficulties.

    Flexible Experience but worth it
The good thingsI have enjoyed the teamwork and perseverance of each employee including the employer in pandemic times. We we strongly challenged by the situation but we were able to push through the turn over for our project. Kudos to our team.
The challengesLack of manpower. But it is due to the gov't policy for the pandemic that we were understaffed. It give us some hard time to finish the task on time. Nevertheless, it was a rewarding experience.

    Better than nothing.
The good thingsThere is good camaraderie among the site employees. Work is much easier when you're in good terms with your co-employees.
The challengesThere is no career growth. You will be stucked on your daily routine forever. No specific scope of work, proper trainings and mentorship given to newly hired employees. You must be able to figure it out on your own. Boastful superiors. Can't lead a team properly.
