    Small but terrible!
    The good thingsThe Company although small in size has a lot of opportunities to offer in terms of career growth and trainings. The Company shows great stability in the industry that gives employees the assurance of fulfilling long-term career objectives. The Company has good working environment where people are very open to each other.

    The good thingsAdvantages of Working in a Small to Medium size Company: 1. You can build strong relationships with employees of all levels. 2. Get to be noticed by the boss for your efforts and hard works. 3. Ability to learn more experience and discover your passion since you will be exposed in all the business aspects.
    The challengesYou have to be self-driven, self-motivated and being focused in your work because you are easily noticed. But best thing is you will enjoy the fruit of your own labor.
