Overall, I would not recommend this company. The good thingsThe only positive aspect is the colleagues, who make the work somewhat bearable despite the poor culture and leadership.
The challengesFavoritism is clearly evident, with promotions given to individuals who are not qualified for the roles they were assigned to. In some cases, employees were promoted into specialized functions without having the relevant background or experience required for those responsibilities. Salary offers and annual reviews are consistently lowballed, reflecting how little the company values its employees. There is minimal support from leadership, and even basic budget approvals are unnecessarily difficult. Confidential matters often turn into gossip, creating an unprofessional and unsafe environment. Although leaders undergo leadership training, it does not translate into practice, as many fail to act as good role models. It is not surprising that other departments with better resources perform more effectively, while this company struggles to properly support its people.
