    The good thingsQuarterly Salary Increase which is added to allowance so it was not taxed; Given an opportunity to experience the whole accounting process but that was the accounting manager's discretion
    The challengescompany's not at all honest as to declaration of its income so it has become a challenge for us who does the accounting of the affairs of the company
