    It's a good company for fresh graduate that needs a working experience especially if you are a BS Pharma graduates or BS Engineering graduates. The company itself has a good reputation so it's good to work here. I have a lots of good experiences in this company. They are all nice. It just that I leave this company for career progression and personal reasons. But all in all its a good company.
    The good thingsSome incentives like free vitamins and free ride. There's a lot of good people in this company. Most of the people who works here are so nice as well as the HR.
    The challengesMore incentives to their regular and casual employees. I know that the company itself makes their move to do and make the company better. For me that is a good sign that they want to improve so that their employees would not leave them and find a better company to replace them. All in all the company management give their best to meet the expectation of their employees to them and as their former employee it's a good point for me.

    The good thingsThe good thing in the company is that they are accepting fresh graduates. Most companies nowadays are looking for experienced ones. Also, I got to meet a number of people who are friendly and nice.
    The challengesAs an entry level job, other companies can offer you better conditions. It would take you 9 months at least to be a regular in the company. You also get to be pressured by to reach their quotas but you will not be part of the incentive because you're still not regular. There is also somehow a sick work environment where the stress is passes on from the superiors to their subordinates.

    The good thingsIt was nice place and all the workers are disciplined. They are ISO certified. The company pharmacist is smart and full of wisdom. They give a nice experience in terms of work.
    The challengesThe challenging is you should always on the right time bec they are strict on that. You cannot eat/drink inside the manufacturing area only on the canteen. Also you cannot use phone inside.

    One of a kind
    The good thingsI enjoy the process of how the medicines are being made, polished, and repacked. I also love the company of my co-employees for they are so approachable and friendly and also willing to share their knowledge towards their work mates.
