Poor to fair entry level jobThe good thingsThe good thing in the company is that they are accepting fresh graduates. Most companies nowadays are looking for experienced ones. Also, I got to meet a number of people who are friendly and nice.
The challengesAs an entry level job, other companies can offer you better conditions. It would take you 9 months at least to be a regular in the company. You also get to be pressured by to reach their quotas but you will not be part of the incentive because you're still not regular. There is also somehow a sick work environment where the stress is passes on from the superiors to their subordinates.
