I've been with different companies but I haven't seen a company like LJ Industrial. The Management is very supportive specially the President and General Manager. Our Boss is always yearning for continual improvement for our company to become more successful.
The challengesGaps when it comes to the implementation of Policies and Procedures is quite challenging but what I have said, we are all yearning for continual improvement. Slowly but surely, employees are already coping with what the Management is trying to implement. We can't take away the fact that there will be some who are resistant to try something new.
