    Ridiculously Good Feedback
    The good thingsHMO was given since day 1 of working with the company. During the pandemic, they never forced their employees to work on site and ensured that everyone is safe while working at home. They also values your personal goals and even give salary increase not just by your scorecard, but by even showing your passion and purpose.
    The challengesCommunication was a little challenge as some members of the operations tend to not be callibrated at all times.

    To sum up my experience all I can say is that, this is the kind of work I've been waiting for so long and now that I'm already part of the company I can never ask for more. They give all the good stuff to their employees, not just good stuffs but a kind o
    The good thingsIt has a good working environment and it also has a open communication from teammates to the higher management. Facilities is a total thumbs up for me as well and most especially their health benefits.
    The challengesI enjoy the kind of work and life balance they treasure love for the family and they exercise emotional intelligence-which is a great idea coz it can lead to good attitude towards work.
