    Very stressful environment. A lot of office politics. They dont value their people only profit. Zero work life balance

    Finance is very lax in internal control, no process flow and seldom to hit deadlines as your counterparts are not engaged to meet your deadlines (domino effect).. The only priority is how to hit sales target.
    The good thingsMost of the employees are easy to get along with.
    The challengesNot engage in following deadlines, no clear process flow and problems/issues are repetitive since they are not addressing the permanent solutions.

    No process flow, management doesn't know their priorities, lacks internal control and very disorganize. First time to experience Finance is very lax in control and following policies.

    The good thingsWhen you work in this company you will feel immediately that you're part of a family and the upper management is very horizontal. Also, office ambiance is very unconventional because of the yuppie vibe interior design.
