Big BossThe good thingsthe people. Employees here are great and friendly. They usually great you with big smile. The CEO is very dedicated in keeping this company afloat, he's thinking ways to make things be reasonable for everybody and every people around him support him on what he do.
The challengesIt's difficult to stay healthy for me in this company since I usually work on a night shift on my first year, a little day shift and the last months on mid day shift. This is understandable since this company is a call center, but I'd want to work during day time and have a life after.
