    The good thingsFor the past years that I have worked with the company, it mold me to a better customer service in so many ways. What's good about our account our client spare time with her employee every 6months and taught us new technology and conduct management trainings.
    The challengesAs far as I remember, colleagues and leaders I don't have any arguments at all. The moment I sign up with them I am responsible to abide what the company requires me to do.

    The good thingsthe people. Employees here are great and friendly. They usually great you with big smile. The CEO is very dedicated in keeping this company afloat, he's thinking ways to make things be reasonable for everybody and every people around him support him on what he do.
    The challengesIt's difficult to stay healthy for me in this company since I usually work on a night shift on my first year, a little day shift and the last months on mid day shift. This is understandable since this company is a call center, but I'd want to work during day time and have a life after.
