    Great Boss but not a great company
    The good thingsThe boss and the co workers are so nice. It will give you the opportunity to learn by yourself
    The challenges1. The cafeteria is terrible - no healthy foods during night shifts and the foods is just the same everyday 2. No equal opportunities/benefits for all departments/associate 3. The company cannot cope up to the WFH trend 4. Yearly increase is low 5. NO trainings for the employees at graveyard shift

    The challengesBreaking the norm established by local senior management who has been with the company for ages. Very poor career growth. Promotion is only offered when they know you will leave the company. It doesn`t matter what you have contributed even if you are meeting your goals. Palakasan system is rampant. Get your experience and leave as fast as you can.

    The good thingsamerican company, benefits are good; incentives that are non-taxable, health card that can be used all the time which also includes dental and other maternity benefits aside from that of sss. the place is clean. the company is innovative and is now expanding with the help of latest technologies.
    The challengesthe area is somewhat noisy. a little increase in terms of salary every year. there is also a little chance that you will be chosen to train in other country due to so much number of employee. air conditioning is not good. Sometimes you have to work from Monday to Sunday, 12 hours a day or night (shifting) just to meet with the deadlines.

    The challengesTotally depends on lean, with this jobs for several people will be shouldered only by one person. Difficult to balance the work priority as some tasks are conflicting to the schedule.

    The good thingsEmployees are treated well and are somehow valued. We enjoy work life balance. This includes, family days, company outings, sports fest. Employees also have the opportunity to travel to other affiliated sites as part of their rewards or training. Production targets are also given and once achieved, they are rewarded with recognitions, incentives and other perks such as free meals fir the group.
    The challengesThis is a great company. The salary however is just above average where once a person gains some expertise learned from this company and a similar opportunity is available from other company with at least a higher salary being offered, the employee then leaves although with some hesitations because the company is great. But at the end of the day, salary for the family's need, comes 1st.
