    The challengesManagement fails to recognize an employee's capability. Systematic process were not implemented due to management's decision. Poor evaluation system for employee's performance. Poor safety culture and doesn't care about work-life balance.

    The good thingsCompany cultures says pride, commitments, life balance, grow, teamwork and grit, but the management practices the opposite. those are words they use to get you work for free. Experience is the best teacher.
    The challengesManagers are supportive & a good teachers with amazing employees that aren't recognized. My supervisor needs leadership improvement.

    Not a pleasant experience. Company will lure you with empty promises.
    The good thingsSome employees are pleasant to work with.
    The challengesVery very stressful environment. No work life balance. Management does not recognize an employee's over-all effort and has trust issues. Work flow processes are not followed because management keeps on changing their minds. No report format can be established because of this. Unfair evaluation of an employee's performance even though you are working outside of the company's working hours
